Nicole Tessier PT, DPT

Founder Tessera Physical Therapy, Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist, Certified in dry Needling

Tessera Physical Therapy was founded in 2024 by Doctor of Physical Therapy, Nicole Tessier. Nicole started in the physical therapy profession in 2013, working across all levels of care. She is a board-certified orthopedic specialist, certified in dry needling, holds advanced training with TMJ disorders, Rocobado trained in TMD, McKenzie method, pelvic health, and hand therapy. Due to her specialization in orthopedics, she has a better understanding of using evidence to create the best outcomes for patients in all pain, post op, and musculoskeletal conditions. Our priority is providing exceptional quality of care to all our patients. Richard Nolasco PTA, Cert VT

Physical Therapist Assistant, Certified in Vestibular Therapy
Richard Nolasco is a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant with a diverse background. Born in Okinawa, Japan, he was raised in Gilbert, South Carolina. Richard began his career in physical therapy in 2021, with a primary focus on outpatient physical therapy settings. Richard is a certified vestibular therapist, treating a variety of vestibular disorders as well as concussions. He has also completed advanced courses in manual therapy and cervical rehabilitation. Richard actively gives back to his community by volunteering at a local college’s Physical Therapy Assistant program where he has contributed by delivering advanced lectures and leading laboratory sessions on massage techniques and injuries of the foot and ankle. Before entering the field of physical therapy, Richard served in the United States Navy for 11 years as part of the Navy Seabees. During his military career, he completed two tours in Iraq and one in Afghanistan, and provided disaster relief following hurricanes Ivan in Pensacola, Florida, and Katrina in Gulfport, Mississippi. Richard has been married to his wife, Chelsie, for 18 years. Together, they have three children: Jaxson, Lita, and Ava, as well as a rescue dog named Rex. In his spare time, Richard enjoys reading and cheering for his favorite football teams, the Pittsburgh Steelers and Notre Dame.
